This Statement describes how Adrient Pvt Ltd complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR, for individuals in the EEA and UK. It supplements our Privacy Policy. For our own users Adrient generally acts as a data controller; where we process data on behalf of business customers within their accounts, we act as a data processor under their instructions.
If you are in the EEA or UK you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and not to be subject to solely automated decision-making with legal effect. We respond to verified requests without undue delay and within one (1) month, subject to permitted extensions.
As Adrient is established in India and uses providers in various jurisdictions, EEA/UK personal data may be transferred outside the EEA/UK, including to India. We apply appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR — such as Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK IDTA/Addendum and additional technical measures. Our payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and infrastructure providers maintain their own transfer safeguards.
We retain EEA/UK personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected and to meet legal obligations, then securely delete or anonymise it. Retention periods align with our Privacy Policy.
We have designated a data protection contact responsible for compliance and data-subject requests: Adrient Pvt Ltd, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India — info@adrient.com — +91-74483-66136.
You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (EEA) or the ICO (UK), though we encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
We implement measures appropriate to the risk under Article 32 GDPR. In the event of a breach likely to risk your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals as required under Articles 33 and 34 without undue delay.
We may update this Statement to reflect changes in law or practice; the revised version will be published with an updated effective date.
